Public pages and the resume fit score
You can browse every public page without an account. If you paste resume text into a public page, it is processed by JavaScript in your browser. It is held in this tab’s session storage only while you move between result pages, and removed as soon as the next page reads it. uHired does not send that text to its servers or include it in the page address.
Account and authentication
When you sign in, uHired stores your account email, authentication-session records, one-way hashes of login tokens, expiry and revocation timestamps, and basic operating-system and browser labels for your sessions. Login codes are stored only as one-way hashes and expire quickly.
Profile and matching data
For the signed-in service, uHired stores your name, selected roles and locations, professional experience, your uploaded CV file and the text extracted from it, job matches, the jobs you mark as applied or not interested, and related feedback. This data is used to run your feed and its matching features, and to send job digest emails if they are enabled for your account.
Job and service data
uHired stores normalised job postings and the source records needed for discovery, de-duplication, freshness, application links, and match calculation. Operational logs and rate-limit records are used to keep the service reliable and to prevent abuse.

Advertising
Public pages may show ads served by third-party vendors, including Google. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor’s previous visits to this website or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of some other vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. Google explains how it uses data from sites that show its ads in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. Ads are always labelled and never influence which jobs are listed or how they are ordered.
External sites
Opening a source application takes you to an employer or job-board website with its own privacy practices. uHired does not see what you submit there.
Your choices and requests
You can replace your CV and change your roles, locations, and experience from your account at any time. To ask what data uHired holds about you, to correct it, or to delete your account and its data, email hello@spexlabs.in from your account email and say what you would like us to do. Do not send passwords, login codes, or identity documents.
Changes to this policy
If uHired starts collecting new kinds of data or uses existing data in a new way, this page will be updated before the change takes effect, and the date at the top will change.
